Site Visit Highlights Progress at Maruhubi Waterfront

On 19 June 2025, ZF Devco’s Ursila had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Ezhil Pandiyan, Director and Project Manager at Alpha Marine, for a detailed site visit to the Maruhubi Waterfront development.

The visit marked a significant milestone in the collaboration between ZF Devco and Alpha Marine, providing an opportunity to review ongoing construction progress, align on project timelines, and strengthen strategic planning efforts for the next phases. Mr. Pandiyan was given a comprehensive tour of the site, during which key infrastructure developments and environmental integration measures were showcased.
