The Passenger Ferry Terminal will connect passengers, both locals and tourists from Zanzibar to the rest of East Africa. The state-of-the-art facility includes security, waiting lounges, meeting centers, ticketing, baggage claim and more.

The second largest program is the Roll-on/Roll-off Vehicle Terminal. This will transport cargo, vehicles and other logistics across Zanzibar to the rest of the World.

There will be 2 hotels, food and beverage areas, a business-to-business center, offices throughout the masterplan.

The masterplan will have a local eco energy plant, including solar panels, water retainment center, rainwater collection areas across the site. Eco transportation services include e-water taxis, bike-friendly areas and other methods of minimizing environmental impact.
