Leadership Transition at ZF Devco: Farewell to Managing Director Nahaat Mahfoudh

We announce, with deep gratitude, the upcoming departure of our Managing Director, Nahaat Mahfoudh, from ZF Devco Zanzibar Limited, effective 27th June 2025.

Nahaat has chosen to step down to pursue a long-held ambition to serve the community through a career in government public service—a path that reflects his enduring passion for public impact.

During his tenure, Nahaat’s visionary leadership and steadfast integrity were instrumental in shaping both the Malindi and Maruhubi Ferry Terminals. He played a central role in building our organization, nurturing a high-performing team, and laying the groundwork for the modern, people-centered infrastructure projects now underway.

As we bid him farewell, we are pleased to announce that Juma Abubakar will step in as Interim Managing Director, ensuring continued leadership and stability as we move forward.

We thank Nahaat for his exceptional service and the lasting contributions he made to ZF Devco and Zanzibar’s development. His legacy will continue to inspire our work.
