With more than 10,000 vehicles passing through the area daily and annual passenger traffic projected to exceed 4 million travelers, the precinct is emerging as a vibrant commercial hub for both residents and visitors.

The development will provide approximately 2,657 m² of leasable retail space across lower and upper levels, as well as terrace areas, complemented by 77 dedicated parking spaces.
