About ZF Devco
ZF Devco BV is a development company based in the Netherlands focused on growing the Blue Economy of Zanzibar through the Passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal near Stone Town, Zanzibar. The development company was founded in 2022 by Matthew C. VanderBorgh and Jaffer Machano. Our mission is to stimulate the Blue Economy of Zanzibar and connect Zanzibar with greater Africa, specifically East Africa.
At ZF Devco, our mission is to create sustainable and innovative transportation solutions that connect communities and foster economic growth, all while safeguarding the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Zanzibar. We are committed to delivering a world-class ferry terminal that sets the highest standards for safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
