Stella Kitali
Chief Operating Officer
With over 24 years of executive experience in aviation ground handling, infrastructure development, and operational leadership across East Africa, Stella is a powerhouse in strategic execution and stakeholder management. Her impressive track record includes senior roles at Swissport Tanzania, Celebi Aviation, and most recently as CEO of Tanzania True Exposure Ltd, where she oversaw the development of a charitable hospital and rehabilitation center.
Stella holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is known for driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and team development at scale. Her appointment marks a key step in our mission to deliver high-impact, sustainable development in Zanzibar.
Maryam Mansab
Director of Communications
Maryam brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications, cultural heritage, and project management across both the UK and East Africa. Most recently, she served as Director of Museums and Antiquities for the Zanzibar Ministry of Tourism & Heritage, where she led national campaigns that boosted museum attendance by 70%, launched major restoration projects, and expanded global partnerships.
With a strong background in both public service and global pharmaceutical project management (GSK UK), Maryam combines creativity with operational rigor. Her track record in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and brand storytelling will be a huge asset as we continue to grow our presence and partnerships across the region.
Cuthbert Jason
Transition Administrator
Cuthbert brings strong operational and administrative expertise, with experience spanning finance, logistics, and cross-functional coordination. In previous roles at Breeztek Technologies and Kiko Investment Ltd, he supported everything from company communications and record-keeping to financial reporting and client relations—ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting long-term growth.
With a Diploma in Accounting from the College of Business Education and a talent for multitasking, stakeholder engagement, and systems organization, Cuthbert is well-equipped to help guide ZF Devco through critical transitional phases as we continue scaling in Zanzibar.
